Monitoring of Remaining Thiophenic Compounds in Liquid Fuel Desulphurization Studies Using a Fast HPLC-UV Method

چکیده

Thiophenic compounds constitute a class of sulfur derived by thiophene, containing at least one thiophenic ring. Their presence in fuels (crude oil, etc.) is important and can reach 3% m/m. The combustion leads to the formation oxides severe source environmental pollution issues, such as acid rain with adverse effects both humans environment. To reduce problems, EU other regulatory agencies worldwide set increasingly stringent regulations for content resulting necessity intense desulphurization processes. However, most these processes are inefficient total removal compounds. Therefore, benzothiophenes dibenzothiophenes still present heavier fractions petroleum, therefore, their determination great importance. Until now, all HPLC methods applied similar studies use gradient elution programs that may last more than 25 min no validation results provided. fill this gap, aim study was develop validate simple fast HPLC-UV method order be used useful monitoring tool evaluation novel desulfurization technologies means simultaneous dibenzothiophene (DBT) 4,6-dimethyl-dibenzothiophene sulfone effluents.

Optimized preconcentration of Imatinib using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with HPLC-UV

Background: Imatinib is an antineoplastic agent acting as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor to treat cancer such as lymphoblastic leukemia. The dosage of the anticancer drugs plays a critical role in the survival of the patients. For this reason, the patient's plasma and urine samples should be monitored to obtain the necessary information regarding the toxicity of the drug. In this study, the applic...

Analysis of losartan and carvedilol in urine and plasma samples using a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction isocratic HPLC-UV method.

BACKGROUND A simple, precise and sensitive HPLC method has been developed for simultaneous determination of carvedilol and losartan in human plasma and urine samples. The analytes were extracted by a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method. A mobile phase of 15 mM sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 4.0)/acetonitrile/2-propanol (70/27.5/2.5, v/v/v) was used to separate the drugs usin...

a simple and sensitive hplc method for analysis of imipramine in human plasma with uv detection and liquid-liquid extraction: application in bioequivalence studies

high-performance liquid chromatography (hplc) methods employing ultraviolet (uv) detector are not sufficiently sensitive to measure the low plasma concentrations following single oral dose of imipramine. therefore, in the present study a simple, rapid and yet sensitive hplc method with uv detection was developed and validated for quantitation of imipramine in human plasma samples. an efficient ...
